Rescheduling & Refunds
To make changes to your booking, please contact Fly 4 Real Ltd at least 3 days before your booking date and we will assist you as best as we can to change the booking that is suitable for both parties.
Please note that our booking system is based on a first come, first serve basis, and once booked we can no longer provide that date and time to another customer. Therefore, if you need to reschedule in 3 days or less, it may be impossible to accommodate your request. In this case you will lose your booking. However, with our consent you may be allowed to sell the booking to a third party.
Additionally, if you are unable to show up for your scheduled booking, this may prevent others from being able to fly with us so refunds will not be offered.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled booking time in order to ensure that you have enough time to check in, and get prepared for your flight.
If you happen to be running late, we will try our best to fit you into another group as best as we can.
Please keep in mind that deposits for groups are non-refundable.
If Fly-4-Real Ltd has to reschedule your booking due to bad weather, we will do all we can to accommodate your next available preferred booking date and time.
If for any reason we can’t accommodate your booking during the location operating period, you will be given the opportunity to fly at a different location or request a full refund.
